What kind of CNC and Plastics equipment do we work with?
Plastic IMM
A plastic injection molding machine that melts plastic pellets and injects the molten material into a mold to produce plastic parts with high accuracy and repeatability. The process is typically automated and can produce a large volume of parts in a short amount of time. Plastic injection molding is commonly used in the production of a wide variety of products, including automotive parts, medical devices, toys, and consumer goods.

CNC Turning Centers
A computer numerical control (CNC) machine that rotates a workpiece and uses cutting tools to remove material and create cylindrical parts with high precision and efficiency. CNC turning centers are commonly used in the production of parts with a circular cross-section, such as shafts, pins, and valves. They can produce parts with complex geometries and can be programmed to create multiple parts with minimal human intervention.
Rubber IMM
An injection molding machine that melts rubber material and injects it into a mold to produce rubber parts with high accuracy and repeatability, often used in the automotive and medical industries. The process of rubber injection molding is similar to plastic injection molding, but it requires higher temperatures and pressures to achieve the desired material properties. Rubber injection molding can produce parts with high durability, elasticity, and resistance to heat, chemicals, and abrasion.

CNC Machining Centers
A CNC machine that uses a variety of cutting tools to remove material and create complex parts with high precision and efficiency, often used in aerospace, defense, and medical industries. CNC machining centers can produce parts from a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, and composites, and can create parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances. They can be programmed to produce a large volume of parts with minimal human intervention, making them highly efficient for high-volume production.
Vertical Plastic IMM
A plastic injection molding machine with a vertical injection unit and a vertical clamping unit, allowing for easy access and efficient use of floor space in applications with limited space. Vertical plastic injection molding machines are commonly used in applications such as overmolding, insert molding, and micro-molding, where precision and efficiency are critical. The vertical orientation allows for gravity to assist in the flow of material, resulting in fewer defects and improved part quality.

Vertical Rubber IMM
A rubber injection molding machine with a vertical injection unit and a vertical clamping unit, allowing for easy access and efficient use of floor space in applications with limited space. Vertical rubber injection molding machines can produce a wide range of rubber parts, including gaskets, seals, O-rings, and vibration mounts, with high precision and repeatability. The vertical orientation allows for better control of the material flow and eliminates the need for complicated runner systems, resulting in reduced waste and improved part quality.
